Upon full payment for services, clients receive ownership of deliverables expressly provided in their service agreement. Payment Terms

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chase Noble and Songyuan Zhugui Network Technology Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Chase Noble, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination
